Well the outline helps for SURE.
Just to tell u where everything will be and such.
My regular draws take anywhere from 2-2 1/2 hrs.
Mostly because i know my characters rlly well.... But unfamiliar requests and such can take up to Three and a half hours.
And omg no no no. The playback lies. I use the undo button a ton. My hands shake alot. One way to draw cleaner lines on hard areas i learned was to just stroke like ur a painter. one quick clean move of the wrist. It stops u from concentrating so much on the line and makeing it all horrible and shaky. A quick line is usually very smooth looking. i can see y painters do it.
