Everyone has freedom of speech says the first ammendment. By doing what he's doing he's taking away that freedom of speech, which is technically unconstitutional(I'm a nerd).
And seriously, mature 13plus flips get taken down even though they have a warning symbol.
Tbh, things would've been better off if we just moved on after the Hatena shutdown. Flipnote Hatena was better because it was run by a company, Sudomemo however, is run by a dude who isn't even 2O yet.

I hate it how he thinks he's a god and thinks that he can ban anyone he wants just because he brought back flipnote posting. I've actually been thinking of quitting Sudomemo just because of how mad he makes me. I'm actually suprised he hasn't banned me yet for having a little bit of blood in a few of my flipnotes. ( It's also stupid how he stole someones flipnote just to get rid of the blood and change the music >:T )

Yeah, I never used Sudomemo, but for different reasons. I felt I shouldn't support it because it's "not official." But this makes me want to not support it even more.

Yes he did bring it back, but that gives him no right to be so oppressive towards others. And with how he's acted with all of this by deleting flipnotes containing this material, banning those who posted them, and making extreme statements towards these people, its sorta safe to say he IS homophobic. And this isnt unatural, nor is it a life style. Homose'xuality is known to exist in well over 400 known species. And?? Why are you calling it a life style? I can highly agree on this. Austin is a bigoted, egotistical a.sshole. He banned me for posting flips that had yaoi in them. Yeah sure it was a tad l.ewd, however I got banned in the chat while people were talking about s.ex and m.asturbation. I got unbanned after he "forgot" about the situation and my friend had a talk with him, but he still seems to have not changed his views. I respect people's beliefs, but when you hate on someone just because they are gay, then there is a problem. If he is going to run a site that he didn't even make in the first place, HE needs to respect others for who they are, not "because I'm a Christian you either take my word or you're banned" bs.
