All I can really offer for advice is to constantly draw. Just sketch, whether it be on a digital art program or on paper.
You really just have to find what works best for you. Maybe get a drawing book and study that. Or, if you're like me, drawing books won't do anything for you.
What I do is just study other people's styles and kinda get an idea of where I'm trying to get to.
And just don't give up. If you wanna draw but you don't think you're that good, just keep trying.
