She DOES have copyright. She also has the right to free speech. And as I know, you do as well, but dont abuse it by hating on people.

She does, though raging on obvious tracers is asking for more hate, which is one of the reasons she wants to leave Colors. I do not hate her, just expressing my point of view of her actions. That is what she wants, right? Attention. She is getting it.

But i also forgot to much that Aqua's tongue isnt sharp on the end, her eyes should be blood shot, why the heck is her other eye crying, whats with the "patches" on her paws, her eyes are poorly placed [meaning that they arent in the right spot] , and why does her nose look like its just about ready to pop off of her muzzle? And you forgot the mid-colored grey in the ear and the blue marking NEVER has lineart...it should be drawn free hand. Ugh, there are so many anatomical incorrections you made with this. It looks like a fox. :P And yes, yes i did just critiuqe this. :/

It is intentionally bad, if you could not see it is a snark. And no, you do not have a real copyright, I bet you just want to make sure to everyone they are yours, but the copyright is invalid. Real copyrights are PAID. If someone creates another mark with a M like the logo of McDonalds, they will sue it and get money from it. Your paintings are on the internet, a public dominion, where EVERYONE is /able/ to copying your art, which is not copyrhighted, and there is no real control over it. You should expect that was going to happen. Though, raging over them will make everything worse, YOU ARE NOT DOING IT RIGHT. Report it, but asking for your whiteknights to burn the obvious tracers is the worst thing to do. You will get trolls and haters, seeing that you are an easy target. You are indeed getting attention by doing that. I am not a real hater, just pointing out my opinion.

Creating a painting telling your disorders on the right, drawing a sad wolf on the left for everyone in Colors to see it IS calling attention. Have you ever made a medical diagnostic to see if you really have all of those disorders? Yes, you do have the right of posting it, but other people also has the right of not agreeing with that. So ignore haters, report tracers, do what you want, but be responsible for your own acts and learn to support the consequences

:P she doesnt draw for attention she draws for enjoyment and something to pass the time :/ and she couldnt make a painting that siad she JUST realized how many disorders she has? whats wrong with that? she cant tell some of her friends (that CARE ABOUT HER) that she is disordered, so if she says/does/rights something weird/wrong they can know that its cuz of a disorder? and you dont need a diognosis to prove you have a disorder/diesease. i had mononucleousis in 2010 and i didnt need a diognosis (at first) i had symptoms and i KNEW FOR SURE i had it. and after i told my mom that i knew i had mono, she wanted me to get blood work done to make sure i wasnt lying and i DID HAVE IT! so you dont need special tests to know for sure if you are dieseased/disordered. and aquamutt is thirteen, she doesnt know any better than to argue with someone instead of trying to solve the problem! >:C

Self-diagnosis are not always 100 percent correct. Not to blame the disorders, but you can live normally with them. It is not like that you NEED to read right/write forever in your life if you have dislexia, you can threat that. Like I said, she has the right to post it, but other people have rights too.

to wolfy: Asperger's Syndrome is a form of high-functioning autism which limits social skills(which can still be improved though) and makes it harder to recognize social norms. Also I have ADHD and I still try my best to pay attention. If I didn't make any effort to pay attention it would be my fault and not the fault of the ADHD.

Also bipolar disorder doesn't make you get angry easily. It's actually a mental illness that makes you alternate between mania(high) and depression(low) at different times.

Of course, you will be able to sue plagiarism and falsifications of your work. But remember, your work is on the internet, a public dominium, so there will always be copying, if you find it, report! well, first off, i dont hate anyone. (actually there is one person...but its not anyone on here) But i see what you mean by that. i dont really recall calling out fans to destroy a tracer, other than wolf-xtreme who was doing it to make people angry. But the drawing that you said "hate me :3" was not meant for anyone specific. It was just telling haters and tracers to stop it because it was annoying me so badly that they can manipulate people into thinking the drawing was theirs, when it was not, like huskeyninja did. they said it was traced from a drawing in their dairy from back in 2009. But it was traced from me. And then they deleted it, and uploaded it to deviantART. Oh, and do you happen to now where i can buy a SAFE copyright? Because the one i found earlier was a scam -_-"

If you want to protect your photos from theft, you should register them with the Copyright Office, before you publish or distribute them. If you register your photos, you gain powerful remedies against infringers. But… Really, with 13 years, I used to draw as a hobby without stressing the hell out of me with copyrighting my work. Copyright is a very complex issue, which most of the people who study (which it has a LOT to study) are lawyers, attorneys and judges. Maybe that is why you wanted to leave Colors: too much stress over obvious-troll tracers. Relax, report and draw.
