#LeelahAlcorn was a trans girl, whose highly christian family tried to fix her, saying god makes no mistakes, sending her to christian therapists who yet again told her that she needed god to help her. they took her out of public school, and took all of her technology for months. then eventually, Leelah gave up. her parents claim their "son" (not referring to their daughter by her identified gender) was accidentally hit by a truck, pretending it wasn't a suic.ide they caused. if you want to read alcorn's story from herself, her sui.cide note is on tumblr (it was prescheduled to post the day after her dea.th). though it is a shame how she sort of pushed her death onto the driver. the driver must be effected severely or somewhat guilty...
