First in a set of three paintings exploring the rust colours on an old diesel engine. They've been sitting on my SD card unfinished for almost two years. I worked them up a few months ago and tacked on a landscape/seascape painting while I was still in the same colour palette groove. You can always trust the elements to reclaim in the most handsome of ways!
