Oh my; why, I would say that she appears to be a character that is considered evil in their story and actually turns out to be the kindest soul out there.

Now about your artwork:
The skirt mosiac is quite impeccable. This style reminds me of home (Carribean) and ancestry (Africa).

she's beautiful... all the colors of her skirt represent all the nations, and the bird represents the oppressed being released by peaceful methods.
