Alpha confetti Dragons:
I decided horns are not a mutation, but characteristics of Confetti Dragon Royalty. An alpha is born with horns, and claws that are 2 inches long (normal confetti dragons have claws 1 inch long). Once alpha eggs are hatched, the main alpha picks which one will take charge once they're older. Their role is to pretty much to keep everyone in control, but Confetties don't usually act up. But having someone appointed as leader is always a good thing. They also help defend their kind from threats, since they are more equipt with sharper claws and horns.
