I know it sounds like I'm bragging, but... I have the adapter, even though it's impossible to find!
Apparently, it was the last one in stock on Kijiji.
I also got Smash Wii U(obviously), Hyrule Warriors, Captain Toad, Pokemon OR, some Amiibos and a MacBook Air (its SOOOOO light)

I don't know how much it was, but since my parents didn't bother to spend a huge sum of money on the adapter, I'm going to assume it was the regular retail price.

I got a gc controller that plugs into a wii mote, I wouldn't dare play smash without it. Shame I can't use my wavebird on wii u though.
