You can also find the # <symbal by hitting the uppercase button, and looking where the number 3 normally is Like they said, just add a # symbal at the beginning of a word to tag it with other paintings that have the same hashtag.

Then you just tap the blue highlighted word to view all paintings with the same tag.

Good example:
