I don't really have critiques. The anatomy is good and the line-art you used is barely noticeable making it look lineless. That gives he painting a (I don't know how to say it) "delicate" look. Plus, I believe line-art says much about an artist. The effort you put in this can be easily seen. Not to mention tge amount of time you used. Probably it lacks a bit of shading to my liking, but since you used and abstract background everything fits perfectly. I like how you made Noel's bracelets and collar thingie. They look shiny :3.
