Dewott Practice by Gameazoid
Just thought that since there was already an Oshawott pic, might as well make a Dewott pic. I think I could have done a LOT better and I really suck at writting Japanese, so forgive me Japan on my horrible writting. Anyway, would like some comments, mostly what I could have done to improve my drawing of Dewott. Please don't slam me on how it looks or about my Japanese writting. XC
