Cereal is terrible for you because the sugar outweighs the other nutrient elements, and even if it's sugar free, the carbs turn to sugar in your body, and I'm Hypoglycemic, so no cereal for me. Also, milk has like, 12-15 grams of sugar per serving too.
Don't eat cereal folks, it'll f.uck you up. I literally got hypoglycemia from eating it.
Also, don't eat wheat either cause the carbs/sugars in that are worse than a candy bar.
