when you scroll the lil options bar stays or can be minimised

lil eye means how many are interested, when selected it turns green, orange or red based on how many other people are interested

up arrow means 'request', u can request a bounty. down arrow means 'claim', youve done the job for a bounty and it can be processed...

it works on gps so itll show those in neighbouring districts and wont show anyone more than 10km away (unless u change settings)
