Radioactive is best freinds with Toxic. She too was mutated- however not as much, thus there is less markings. She doesn't have the same intentions as toxic, (to kill.) but Radio does want a form of revenge. The blue/grey cat can not murder, she has empathy moments. So, Toxic's plan has her only offer!
The problem is is that Radioactive can often foil Toxic's plots.. But they remain freinds... :)
