This looks pretty great already!
Some advice: I know you want to make it look majestic, but you should ease up the deer's legs a bit. It looks like its in an awkward half-running state. :l Maybe move the front legs forward a bit? I think just doing that will make it look a lot more natural. :)
Otherwise, keep up the good work and I'll cross my fingers that you finish in time!/that you place!! (/>v<)/***
