I kinda missed drawing how Rai used to look like, so i figured i'd revap her and make her an a$shole this time. She's basically like an angry manifestation of Rai's old design. She's in this "limbo" type state. She isnt an official oc 'cause Rai took her place, but she isnt "dead" cause i still draw her. Ability wise, anything goes when it comes to her.
