Ha, glad to hear you like it. To answer your question, this is a fairly new account. Plus, my stuff isn't particularly unique, creative, or distinctive. But, I just draw what I feel like drawing and I post it, it's just fun. So I don't really care much about likes and follows, can't deny that it's a nice bonus though. I do enjoy comments a good bit, though.

3 hours isen't even that long! I spend so much time on my drawings, and they are not even close to as clean as yours... You got the shading,lighting and EVERYTHING! Man I wish I could do that. The way you scetch it out to is just like you almost do on paper! Can you draw this on paper??? xD

Ha, I most definitely could NOT draw this on paper. It looks clean digitally, but on paper it'd be full of erase marks. I make a lot of mistakes, so I erase and undo a lot. For example, on this one, I had to redraw the whole head since I made it too big.

You sell yourself too short. Most popular stuff on colors isn't exactly "distinctive", "unique", or "creative" either. Since we're drawing on a nintendo system ofc its a gurantee that anyone who draws anything nintendo related such as tloz, pokemon, mario, smash etc. will give some views even if it's poorly drawn or traced since nintendo has broad appeal. Same with sonic ocs, pony ocs, furries, fnaf, etc. Even most of the best creators on here aren't exactly doing anything "new" but I think it's more about stylization or taking your own spin on an idea rather than being completely original(which is impossible). Every day I log onto colors I always check my feed and then check the new painting section since theres many talented artist that go unnoticed( some I think are probably better than some of the artist with 500 -1k followers). Yep likes arent everything although its nice knowing that someone appreciates the hard work you put into your art.

Well, again, I appreciate it. But if drawing fanart and nude anime girls isn't uncreative, then I don't know what is.
But anyways, I thank you on behalf of the community for checking new paintings. It's very difficult and frustrating for new artists at times, so it's good to hear that people still check it out from time to time.
