Lemme explain: Rhey and Rin's powers are better explained later, but in short, Rhey basically has a highly advanced form of hypnotism which can combine any dream he chooses and someone's reality. He can bring in multiple people into it, and even create fake people in it.
Rin, for now I'll say, can travel into dreams and subconsciouses, depending on certain situations.
