my advice is: the neck is fine :) and honestly if your interested in art then just draw & draw & draw alot just get tons of notebooks or post alot and theres no wrong in art if it comes from your mind. just keep trying i dont want to be rude, i think this drawing is fine just keep practicing! and thank you so much for thinking im good at drawing lol no seriously thank you.
