This looks really great! Your really getting the anatomy, personally i would make the head/muzzle only slightly smaller or shorter, just to help ballance out with its neck, or just widen the neck a little in the spot where it touches the head. Your really getting the scales, they look fantastic. i would maybe try to blend them a little onto where the wings are. but overall this lools really great! love its colors too! hope that helped some,:)
