This is a new OC of mine who was made up when my school's robotics team were trying to make a mascot for their team this year. They wanted a panda because, well, it's not scary and everyone likes pandas XD They also wanted a screen on it somewhere. SO LUKA WAS BORN! ,D I liked his design, so I'll use him in later drawings, only without the screen.
