How to get one:
I will decide who gets one. They must be a close friend and anthro artist to get one for free (as a special gift sometime in the future). Others will have to pay once adopts are made. Right now, I have the only Confetti Dragon. You are only allowed to make one IF I give you permission.

Such a unique species! uwu i love how you put their colors on temperture and that they have very complex patterns. I can't wait for adopts!. (Even tho i don't have dA).
