This is a huge improvement, but what I meant was that you should try drawing a creature with an anatomy similar to the things you usually draw (sorry if I made it unclear). The shrimp looks like it could use more shades, particularly on the back. It could also use some more detail around the upper adomen; it lacks shades/highlights.
I see that you are using the brushes correctly and your blending skills are great. Try putting a bit more shades in wherever the light is blocked off.
