I GUESS, not 100 percent sure, that furry artists do more comic-ish and focus more on the head of the creatures. Anthro artists art looks more serious, and they focus on the whole body looking a merge betwen animal and human...
Anthro is short for anthropromorphism, which is the act of giving human traits to non-human things, like emotions, objects, animals, ect.. Furry is a blanket term for people who draw, dress-up, or write about, anthropromorphised animals.

An anthro drawing is a drawing of ANYTHING acting like a human.
There's examples on this dA page I found.
Anthro machines are Droids.
Anthro Trees are Treants.
Anthro animals ARE furries.
So....idk wtf they talkin' about.

Thanks to all of you for trying to explain this to me. I've kind of got the whole idea.
