im still messing around with his design, but so far, i really like him

this guy is an unknown species that transformed into a monster after getting into some radioactive waste.
he is pretty shy when he meets someone for the first time, but once he gets to know that person, he becomes really playful. his green saliva is not toxic, and his tongue always sticks out
