Earth: Make things heavier/Higher endurance, stamina
Wind: Make things lighter/Enhanced agility
Lightning: Faster moves/Enhanced reflexes
Steel: (physically) Stronger moves
Ice: Can freeze/cool things down
Acid and Crystal are extremely rare and powerful
*Most* people can learn up to 3 elements of their choice. Everyone is born with one affinity, though.
