It looks like you understand art pretty well to me! this is very good. I just get impatient which is why I learned to work quickly but I find that the people who take time to perfect all the details often have the most polished work. I have been drawing my whole life and taken numerous art classes. With this program I've been on here since it was first released for the 3ds. Just keep drawing and you'll learn new tricks and even get more comfortable with the program. Nice job on this drawing!
