This is the group of animals that were experimented on in Oswald laboratorys (where Cosmo and all the other animals were changed into what they are in the picture) they all escaped and made their own little pack thing. Anyway cosmo has extreme side effects to his new form which make him do terrible things without him knowing and he killed a member of the pack and all the other experiments go against him and kick him out
