Like I said, Hi-Dro is experiment that doesnt know alot about his life or know how he became.His only goal is to find out who he is and find out what feelings are.But anyway,back to the point.You see,He is not just your own average experiment he is powered by a chaos emerald.But however, that chaos emerald is the only thing that can help him recieve his memory back.But the thing is,the capture of the emerald is non other then a black and red hedghog.
