Just as it says, I need a lightning oc and have no idea of what they should look like. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to design one for me.
Can be either male or female. Things to include in description: Name, gender, age, race, why they got their powers (like how Ora got his because of his sense of justice, or Dhin from her warm heartedness,) and a smallish bio type thing.
