Rainbow Resort from Kirby's Adventure/Kirby-Nightmare in Dreamland.
The setting/environment of this area gives off a 'this is the end' feeling and has a nice design, so I painted it o3O'
The refference photo was just a black background I used because I needed more layers, if anyone is wondering.
