Making up another character, feel free to give me suggestions on what to add/change/remove. Also im taking any ideas for a name. Basicly he's 21(male) and He used to work for the police but an accident happened.(Backstory is also a work in progress)

i think he should have scales and they are dark green :3
the horns are yellow or light green... his shirt should be dark blue and his scarf should be red. :3 can his eyes be blue too?
