contest entry for @Fadinglory's #FG9TailCon Im thinking that the friction between her/his tails will conduct electricity, by wearing metal bands on his/her tails, it generates more and helps to contol it. if you dont keep, i certainly will, lol

It looks like a Vulpix and Ninetails had a baby that was actually genetically accurate. Coupled with the ability of Jolteon. o.o Cool.
