This looks amazing to me. ^-^ I can't draw humans at all, so you are way better than me! ^-^
I really love the shading, lighting, and scarf. I also l9ve the hair and eye detail. ^-^

I think this looks just fine :] Making human portraits never comes out right for anyone. You just gota go with it, and accept that your not-so-well-drawn human, id about as good as everyone elses not-so-well-drawn human XD
