Dim is a derp of a Sableye. Like most of his species, he has a nervous tick. His is worse than ohers because he has no memory of his tick afterwards, and it has been known to last for over 20 minutes. This may actually be a case of bipolarism. If you ever need to calm him down, give him a hug. He is normally very sweet and Dim-witted.
