I saw this original in D.C years ago. Tiny little painting, 7"x9" I think.
Small but mighty awesome.
Another Dutch great. This was an hour at lunch.

sometimes they come through pale? Other times richer than the original?
This original has a lot more contrst.On my DS her hair is black. it's not photoshop.

Have you ever tried doing anything by Henry Fuseli? Like, for instance, The Nightmare?
I would imagine it would be spectacular.
