...And forth from the shadows, the cretin emerged, once long lost to the sands of time but had returned to the pitiful human world...
Sarcoma are hulking, disfigured sack full of pus, blood, and foul juices. They are docile and relatively harmless, always in a state of slumber to build up more and more juice, becoming more swollen and larger in size. They are a large nuisance however as large swarms of them grow in unsanitized or grimy, pitch black areas.

O.o Now that is a very cool monster! Even if it's harmless, I wouldn't consider being anywhere near one if I had the choice though!
