Be careful with the dye, I've heard tons of stories where people have tried to dye thier hair blue but it ends up green.

About the blue->green thing
if you bleach it down and use the hair dye it WILL be blue. when it starts to fade is when it may turn green because blue plus yellow <bleach blonde> equals green. trust me, i know, i dyed my hair purple and it turned gray, and my friend dyed her wole head 4 different colors so.
