So this actually stemmed from a funny event that happened to me at school. My American Government teacher asked me "So, what's your favorite #Pikachu?" He meant to ask what my favorite #Pokemon was... I gave him a blank stare thinking "You did not just ask that." I answered him later on that day. Regardless, it got me thinking about the different Pikachu that are seen in the anime, and I then drew Sparky, here! Anyway...
