The dungeon was damp, dark and smelled of decay. Squeaking echoed throughout as rats scurried across dripping pipes that ran along the length of the walls. Light from the flaming torches appeared green as it shone on the mossy stone bricks, adding to the already eerie atmosphere of the place. The underground floor of the castle had once been simply extra rooms for storage. But when Herobrine took charge he had it transformed into the dungeon it was now. It was where all those captured were brought, but most didn't stay long. Most.
When the noise of the rats was replaced by footsteps, Notch slowly lifted his head, resulting in the slight rattling of chains. He came face to face with the person he once trusted, now despised. He narrowed his dark eyes. Herobrine's piercing white eyes returned his gaze. "Hello brother" he greeted with a smirk.
Notch didn't reply. He couldn't. He barely had the energy to keep his eyes open, let alone waste his breath. Herobrine went on. "Oh? Not even a quick hi? That's a bit rude, don't you think?" he paused, folding his arms, then began slowly pacing the floor. "Hmhm, I don't think I can even begin to comprehend how much it must pain you to simply hang there, unable to do a thing, while I rule what was once yours" he continued, his tone sinister and mocking. "Soon Jeb's little resistance will be no more. Once that's gone, I'll have no further use for you. No one will ever stand in my way again" he added, coming forward. Notch struggled to speak. He forced the words to form. "...y-you won't win..y-you can't..." he retorted. Herobrine grabbed his chin, forcing him to look up into his gaze.
"That's where you're wrong. I already have" he finished.
Bender hated the rain. In fact, being a cat, he hated water in general. But, also being partly ender made him hate it with a vengeance. It always made his fur damp and heavy and caused it to stick to him. His black cloak kept him dry to an extent though. Bender quickly padded along the wet ground, avoiding the puddles as much as possible. His keen eyes searched for the people that had left the warehouse. He'd been following them, but by now had lost sight of the pair.
"You had one job!" he told himself. He came to a stop near an alley. "I have to find out something. He'll be mad if I go back with nothing again" he continued, shuddering at the thought.
Bender the ender cat was one of Herobrine's spies. Like the others, it was his job to find out anything about the resistance's plans or rat out any of it's members. Speaking of rats, Bender suddenly spotted one in the alleyway. Instincts kicking in, he began slinking down the path towards it. His bushy tail waved from side to side as he prepared to pounce. But as he did so, the rat scampered away. With a slight pang of defeat, Bender pushed himself up of the soaking ground. That's when he heard it. Voices. And they were coming from the building next to him. He couldn't make out what was being said, but something about the vibe from inside interested the ender cat. Concentrating hard, he teleported inside the building and hid. Peering out, Bender couldn't believe his luck. Standing at the far end of the room was Jeb. He'd found the resistance.
Vera(Alex's Evil Sister): BENDER YOU HAD ONE JOB! ONE. JOB.
This one was good. Interesting even. Instresring even to an extent that: more life other than any human-like entities can have intellengence and feeling. Wow that sounded scientific.
