So, it's almost been a year since the last time I cut (and I'm very proud of myself) so I wanted to tell you the thing I do whenever I feel like cutting: Whenever I feel like cutting I just grab some markers and scribble all over my arm/wherever I want to cut. Usually when I want to cut it's because I want to feel something against my skin, so drawing on it really helps and is a way better alternative.

put glue on your wrist than peel it off it will give you the feeling of cutting
