The Commander pushed away all thoughts, the onset of a bloo.d lust set in and she ripped off her mask and voice modulator, she was supposed to be kept a secret, General's orders but instead she dusobeyed them. Her past was filled with devilish deeds and her link to the current Queen worried the General she would be recognized and targeted. The Commander had been a loyal assa.ssin to the Monarch but when the Queen attempted to have her ki.lled she betrayed the hand that fed her and bit back... Hard. She swept the papers off her desk which caused them to fall to the ground of her tent in a clutter. The Commander snarled and looked at them, ready to rip them but one caught her attention.. It was from an old friend, she realized. She picked up the piece of paper as if it were fragile and smoothed out the crumpled edges. She placed it on the desk and quickly slipped her mask back on. The Resistance.. Filled with loyal and bloo.d thirsty Mutineers that fought for freedom -cont-

Against the current Monarchy of the land. They trusted her.. The Commander to lead them to victory and by Titani she would. Her squad members walked into the tent and saluted her, their right fists placed over the Resistance Emblem. A crescent moon surrounding a circle. Kiara spoke first, "Commander Kira, Imperial scum has been scouted dangeeously close to our lines." Aravnid, the shorter one, handed her a small device. 'Digi' was its name, a communication network that linked all Rebels to eachother. She pressed a glowing button and the General was displayed in a 3D projection.
"Greetings, Commander. I have orders for you. I am requesting you and your squad's skills at the sighting of the enemy, we have recieved intelligance they have found our camp and are moving fast paced towards it. I have as.signed a new member to your squad, you are to leave as soon as you recieve this message." The message cut and Kira frowned, a new member? She looked expectantly at her squad. -cont-

Aravnid and Kiara pointed outside at a cloaked being, Kira narrowed her eyes and walked out of the tent and approached the figure. The mysterious being turned around and shocked Kira, she gulped. "Kyuri?" The other didnt seem shocked. "Greetings, Commander." She nodded. Kyuri numbly registered in Kira's mind, she was closely related to the Queen and they had been 'close' friends and Kira remembered every bit of it.Then she remembered her mask and voice modulator, Kyuri wouldnt remember. She shook her head and crossed her arms, "youve been informed of our mission?" The other nodded, keeping mostly to herself. How would Kyuri fend in the Resistance? She was related to their enemy, wasnt she? Kira suddenly turned cold and sneered, "How do you expect to fend for yourself? You /are/ royal scum." She nearly regretted it whwn the hurt registered on Kyuri's face, Kira stiffened when she replied. "With all do respect, Commander I tend to fend for myself the same way you have." -cont-

What did that mean? Kira gulped again, did Kyuri know her true identity? She mentally shook it off and held up a communicator wrist watch, Digicomm for short and threw it at the new squad member. "We leave now." She growled and turned on her heels. On the wind, howevee, she couldve sworn she heard a pain filled voice whipser, "Yes, Kira." She couldnt be too sure. -end-
