omg I luvz this, you draw both genders exceptionally well for your age :D
If you want advice, I personally think this is amazing. But get this, models who's body shapes are perfectly symmetrical are for some reason seemingly "More beautiful" to people, & I just happend to notice how symmetrical this is. Great job! I love it. The only slight thing I'd change is her chest, it shows on one side - which is good. I drew flat chested women at your age because I didnt hit puberty by then very much... But its easy to add symmetry there, you just add that curved line that you have on the left & flip it, so its on the right & facing outward aswell. Pretty easy :) so it looks like:

What bothers me the most is the hair, and I changed it. xD And I also changed the sleeves, a bit. I'm waiting to finish this to give me more time to think of new Ideas, I don't do it in one quick thing. But I try my hardest. :)
