OH OH IMPORTENT DETAILS: your o.c will need to have a number imprinted on them. They will also be a prisoner, so make sure in their bio you say why - however these will likely not be included if u come 2nd or 3rd as your character will have a different role.
DUE DATE- around the end of November
-please don't make them overpowered but they CAN have powers. preferably only one. Telekenesis for example.
