Attributes of Love by Rogue Ranger
This is what love means to me, pure and unconditional. It's not lust or desire, not company or lonliness, not respect or admiration, but a profound revelation that we are one and, in as much as we are imperfect, so is everyone else. It loves others not as separate but as itself.
These lines are adapted from chapter 13 of 1 Corinthians (NIV), which opens with a statement about having great power, wisdom or sacrifice and it all being meaningless without #love.

Basically my favorite quote in this entire world. Its not because its from the bible, it is what it is, it speaks of the greatest intrinsic value to mankind, and it puts it so eloquently.
Thats why its always quoted at marriages. I mean, always, and it should be.

Amen. ^Oh and to the person who stated this is "always" stated at marriages that is almost never the case sadly in the world we live in today. Problem is when people think they "love" each other in todays time they are really only in it for the good times and the second its a bad time its divorce time. too few humans actually know that Love is NOT of this world but If it really is love it comes from its creator. :) Humans have adapted that our emotional and hormonal imballances are love but they are very far from it...

I love this! So provoking of deep thoughts. I would much rather see a life of love than hatred. Unfortunately, there is so much strife in this world to truly evade it. On the flipside, I always try to find the smallest things in life that brighten my day... it is important to hold on to those things.
