This really helps with self harm...
The rules are:
When u feel like u want to self harm, take a pen or marker and carefully draw a butterfly on ur hand or arm.
Name the butterfly after a loved one or someone who wants u to get better.
Let the butterfly fade naturally, don't wash it away.
If u self harm before the butterfly fades, u k.illed it, if u didn't, it lives. If u have more than one butterfly, self harm k.ills ALL of them.
Take good care of ur butterflies!

Don't k.ill your butterfly, its hard not to, but try and stay strong.
