I love the mane! Very realistic.

looks good! i like love color choice, the eyes look expressive! the left nostril is a little off, but the shading is well done. i love the curlyish mane it looks fantastic, however i do not think you need as much mane below the nose, it destracts from the main focal point of his/her face, and brings your attention to the nose, the body could use some more darks, but overall your well on your way to becoming a very talented artist! (if you wouldnt mind, perhaps i could download your pic, draw what i would have done and re upload it for you? only if you want, all rights to you of course.)

responding to questions... yes i am a girl, i have been riding for 10 years, and am actually going to a competition in calgary this weekend. i have competed in many events and diciplines, (western, english, barells, dressage, hunters, even some trick riding...ect.) but consider myself a jumper overall. and yup, i dont mind being friends :)
