no you are NOT, DONT YOU DARE SAY THAT, you were all excided to do this, dont back on me michelle, i will not let you do this. Its only stretching its the symplest thing in the world. YOUR NOT FAT, so your a few pounds more then other people BIG WOOP, why would you wont to be a tooth pic, youd have no muscle. You are perfect, but if you feel like you are a little over your natural waight, then change that, im 130, thats my normal, but when i get blouted im onethirtyfive, i was hundred and forty before i did my stretching. Your tall, ones you loose it like that, its just a matter of watching your suger in take, and how active you are. You cant loose waight in one day, not posible. Dont give up before you even try it, ok try one week, eat smaller food paportions, big brekfest, good low suger snacks unless its fruit cause fruit has good sugers, small lunches, and a even dinner, meat, veggies, carbs, im not pervectly healthy i LOVE suger---
---BUT i go out into the woods when ever i can, i eat alot of yogurt to, so its all about balencing what you eat with what you do to burn it off a little. Dont go thinking just because you dont have a flat stumic no thigh gap and big arms makes you fat, i have all three but im big boned. So please dont do this to your self, you are only 14, not 16, you are still growning, and you will continue to grow till you are twuntyfive[sp]. So after a week of stretching, eating less of suger, and burning extra suger in any way you can, even if its walking around the house, you can deside if you want to quit or not, i wont force you, but i will ALWAYS be here for you. And remember its probly mostly water waight, NOT fat, drink lots of water to replace the bad water and suger k :) drinking water wont make you gain waight, it will help with blouting, i drink a bottle everyday through out the day :) it REALLY helps. DONT.GIVE.UP.OR.I.WILL.TICKLE.YOU.TILL.YOU.PE,E O.o i mean it!
