How adorable! Nice colors; I like how everything has sort of a pinkish tint. You did a great job with her hair--it looks really thick and pretty. One suggestion: I think the sweater has too many random folds/wrinkles in it, especially in the middle where her side is. Try looking at reference photos of people wearing hoodies so you can look at where the folds are. :) Great job!
